Abstract:

Muslim philosophers, theologians, logicians and experts in Usul have defined knowledge as “stable, ascertained true belief”. Counting conjectures as semi- knowledge and semi -ignorance, they believe that ascertained knowledge is confined to the domain of necessary facts, while conjectural knowledge relates to the domain of contingent facts. Based on the definitions and axioms they adhered to, we can infer that they suggest that the appropriate source of belief as the criterion of knowledge. Thus we may qualify the received definition of knowledge by illuminating two parts of it i.e. “stable” and “ascertained” beccaus they are redundant. The reason why they have included these two parts is first, failure to distinguish the definition of knowledge from its criteria and second, separate the cognitive characteristics of belief from non-cognitive ones. Their approach can be described as externalistic and foundationalistic.

Abstract:

Introduction: The expansion of a more sustainable world is the most obvious logical consequence of higher education efforts. Almost every higher educational institution has built its mission on goals beyond the creation and dissemination of knowledge. The overall purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of sustainable universities on INTELLECTUAL capital with the fourth generation approach in macro medical universities in region one in order to provide a model. Methods: The present applied research was conducted in 2021 with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section was 16 people being selected using the purposive sampling method, and in the quantitative section, 320 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula through stratified random sampling. In order to collect data, researcher-made questionnaires on sustainable universities and Bontis INTELLECTUAL Capital Questionnaire were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that at 99% confidence level, t-values for the dimensions of the sustainable university questionnaire were out of (2.58, -2.58) range, so there was a strong positive and significant relationship between the variables of a sustainable university with all its dimensions. Conclusions: Considering the obtained results, it can be concluded that the relationship between a sustainable university and INTELLECTUAL capital was positive and significant. This can be due to paying attention to the scientific nature and fruitfulness of INTELLECTUAL capital and its continuous development in order to achieve one of the ultimate goals, which is sustainable development.

Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of the effect of knowledge translation on the INTELLECTUAL capital of faculty members of universities of medical SCIENCES in the first region to present a model. Methods: The present study method was mixed (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. The statistical population in the qualitative department was specialists, experts, and professors of Mazandaran University of Medical SCIENCES, 20 people were identified using the purposeful sampling method, and based on the saturation law, 10 people were determined and selected as a statistical sample. In a small part of the comments, 1, 851 professors of the academic faculties of the universities of medical SCIENCES in the health sector of the country were used, and according to the Cochran formula, 320 people were selected as a statistical sample using a stratified random sampling method based on the faculty. The study tool was the questionnaire made by the researcher and the Bontis INTELLECTUAL capital questionnaires. Data analysis was done using MAXQDA, SPSS, and PLS software. Results: The findings of the research showed that the most important dimensions of the knowledge translation questionnaire based on the ranking of the components are the research environment component, human resource development, knowledge production, knowledge sharing, research content, organizational culture, knowledge application, and the component Knowledge-centric strategy. Also, it showed that the effect of knowledge translation on INTELLECTUAL capital is positive and significant on the INTELLECTUAL capital of faculty members of medical SCIENCES universities in Region 1, and the predictive power of the model in the final structure has a moderate structural fit. Abstract:

The possibility of SCIENCES interacting and exploiting each other is one of the topics of the philosophy of science, and jurisprudence is no exception to this rule. Therefore, jurisprudence also requires the use of other SCIENCES in different fields, especially in knowing the subjects of jurisprudential rulings, which has a wide scope. However, this article only deals with the mechanism of jurisprudence's use of INTELLECTUAL and narrative SCIENCES in knowing customary subjects and according to the necessary stages in knowing the subjects of jurisprudence, in each of these stages, it has dealt with the SCIENCES and how to use them. The result suggests that jurisprudence can be used in the stage of identifying the type of the subjects, in terms of whether or not it is prescribed by Usul, in terms of the Shariah using some SCIENCES such as tafsir and hadith, in the stage of distinguishing the subjects from tafsir, hadith and history, and in the stage of distinguishing the concept and nature of subjects from INTELLECTUAL SCIENCES such as logic and narrative SCIENCES such as tafsir, hadith as well as SCIENCES such as statistics and new technologies.

Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the sampling framework was teaching hospitals of Tehran University of Medical SCIENCES in 2011. The research was carried out through a census method and information was collected using a questionnaire. To determine the reliability of the test-retest, the correlation coefficient and ICC index were used. In addition, the internal consistency measured by Cronbach’ s α . Results: The human dimension of INTELLECTUAL capital in Hasheminejad and Farabi teaching hospitals were in top rank as they appreciated by crystal trophy for high level of organizational excellence. The structural dimension was high in Farabi and medium in Hashemi-Nejad hospital. Finally, in customer dimension Hashemi-Nejad was evaluated as high level and Farabi as medium level teaching hospital. Conclusion: Managers of teaching hospital are mostly unfamiliar with the concept of knowledge management, particularly, INTELLECTUAL capital. Thus, training programs for them and other staff will improve service delivery in such organization. It is recommended to evaluate INTELLECTUAL capital routinely in the hospitals.
